Comfort indicator module

Comfort indicator module for my CityBug
Today I bought a Waeco MT-2000 comfort indicator module on Ebay.
Some time ago I posted about this on my blog, see this topic.

Interesting module, perfect for freeway, you just push the stick before reaching the final locked position and you get 3 blinking, is that it?
I wouldn't personnaly use it much since most of the time i am
driving in very busy Paris Area traffic and i really need to keep the indicator blinking full time until my mouvments are finished.

Can you explain the job of this indicator ?
I don't understand the video in Cityblog.

ma vision du truc c'est comme sur les BMW,
C'est un mode impulsionnel un peu comme le lève vitre.

Tu pousses le joystick clignotant et au lieu de le pousser en position
extreme pour le laisser clignoter, tu fais juste le 1er contact sans
arriver à la position de blocage du clignotant et tu relaches, juste
avec ce petit le module provoque 3 clignotements tout seul.

One tip - 3 blinks, like expensive cars have.

en gros c'est pour les fainéants qui n'ont pas le courage d'actionner jusqu'au bout le clignotant.Remarquez il y a encore plus fainéants : ceux qui ne l'actionnent pas du tout.
Il faut parfois savoir trier l'utile du gadget
